International students find education, new home in Saskatoon

Graduation day may have been a little sweeter for Yang Chen and Jung Hoon Kim, international students who learned more than just studying skills during their university years in Saskatoon.

They were among many receiving their bachelor of science in agriculture degrees at Monday's University of Saskatchewan convocation ceremony. What sets them -- and other international students -- apart is the added challenge of overcoming language barriers, culture shock and distance from family on top of a hectic university life.
